Plans live in chats. Chats forget.

Calendarina puts the plan, the to-do and the people in one place — like the paper calendar on your fridge, except everyone has it in their pocket.

01 · Groups

Every circle of your life gets its own calendar.

Just the two of you. The summer house crew. The camp staff. Switch in one tap — or see everything together.

02 · Tasks

Hand it off. Or take it.

Ask someone directly, or throw it to the group. Whoever takes it gets it on their calendar — and everyone else sees it’s handled.

03 · Share a schedule

One link. Every parent knows what’s next.

Publish a camp, club or trip schedule. People open it on their phone — no app, no account — and add it to their own calendar. Change the time, and everyone sees it.

Why it exists

I built Calendarina for my wife, Arina. Our plans lived in three apps and one very long chat. I wanted one place for the two of us — then her parents joined, then friends asked for it.

Questions

Before you sign in.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Not both ways yet. You can subscribe to any schedule you publish from Google or Apple Calendar, and it stays up to date there. Two-way sync is something we’re looking at — if you want it, tell us in the app.

Why sign in with Google?

So there’s no new password to remember. We get your name, email address and profile photo — nothing else. We never read your Google Calendar, your mail or your contacts.

Is it an app I have to install?

No. Calendarina runs in the browser on any phone or computer, so there’s nothing to download and nothing to update.

Can my mum use it without an account?

For a lot of it, yes. Anyone can open a schedule you publish or answer a time poll without signing up. To join a group and share a calendar, she’ll need to sign in with Google.

What happens to my data?

It’s used to run Calendarina and nothing else: no ads, no selling, no tracking across other sites. Other people see only what you choose to share. Read the privacy policy
