Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These are the rules for using Calendarina. We’ve tried to keep them short and readable. By creating an account or using Calendarina, you agree to them.
What Calendarina is
Calendarina is a shared calendar and to-do list for couples, families, groups and organisers. You can create groups, plan events, hand off tasks, publish schedules with a link and run polls to find a time.
Calendarina is run by CreaTechly. Contact: hello@calendarina.com.
Early access
Calendarina is in early access. That means:
- everything is free while early access lasts;
- features will change, appear and sometimes disappear as we learn what people need;
- things can occasionally break. We do our best to fix them quickly, and your feedback helps a lot.
When we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance. Nothing you use will start costing money without your clear agreement. Founding members get the benefits described on our pricing page.
Your account
- You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure — anyone who can use it can use your Calendarina account.
- You must be at least 16, or have a parent’s permission.
- One person, one account. Don’t create accounts for other people without their permission.
Your content
What you create is yours. Events, tasks, groups, comments, schedules and polls belong to you (or to you and the people you created them with).
To run Calendarina, we need your permission to store your content and show it to the people you share it with — group members, and anyone who has a public link you’ve published. You give us that permission by using Calendarina, only for that purpose. We don’t use your content for anything else.
You’re responsible for what you share. In particular:
- a public schedule or poll can be opened by anyone who has the link, so only publish what you’re comfortable with the whole world seeing;
- don’t publish personal details about other people — especially children — without the right to do so;
- don’t share content you don’t have the rights to.
Groups
- The person who creates a group is its owner. The owner can rename it, remove members, publish schedules and delete the group.
- When the owner removes someone, the events that person shared stop being shared with the group, and open tasks assigned to them go back to “for anyone”.
- When a group is deleted, its shared events become private to the people who created them, and its public links stop working.
Please don’t
- use Calendarina for anything illegal;
- harass, threaten or spam other people;
- try to access accounts, groups or data that aren’t yours;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it automatically;
- use public links to distribute harmful or misleading content.
If someone does this, we may remove the content, stop the link, or suspend the account. If it’s serious, we may do this without warning.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Calendarina running and your data safe, and we make regular backups. But Calendarina is provided “as is”, especially during early access, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
Please don’t rely on Calendarina alone for anything where a missed or wrong time could cause serious harm — for example, taking medication, medical appointments or safety-critical work.
Synced calendars (for example, a schedule you subscribed to in Google or Apple Calendar) update on their own timetable, which can take hours. The public link itself always shows the latest version.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect losses — for example, a missed meeting, lost income or lost data — caused by using or not being able to use Calendarina.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
Leaving Calendarina
You can stop using Calendarina at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, write to hello@calendarina.com. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
We may close Calendarina or end early access. If we do, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance and give you a way to get your data out.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Calendarina after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, you can stop using it and ask us to delete your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.
