Calendarina

Who’s picking up the kids? It’s on the calendar.

Chores go to whoever’s free first. Grandparents see only what you share. The babysitter gets a link.

For anyonewhoever’s free first

Pick up Mia · Fri 16:00
  • Chores that get done

Ask one person, or put it in “For anyone”. The first to take it gets it — nobody does it twice.

  • Grandma sees enough

Titles for the family group, busy-only for the rest. You choose, group by group.

  • A link for the sitter

This week’s family plan on one page. No account, and nothing you didn’t share.

With Calendarina

Everyone has the fridge in their pocket.

  • Pick up Mia · Fri — taken by Dad on Monday
  • Football moved to Sunday → the whole family sees it
  • Grandma opens the week herself

Set up over breakfast.

  1. Start from the family planner

School runs, a weekly chore list and the family group are already there. Add your names.

  2. Bring everyone in

Invite whoever has a phone. Anyone who doesn’t can still open the week with a link.

  3. Change it once

Football moved? Edit it once and everyone in the family group sees the new time.

One family, two views

The sitter sees the plan. Not your week.

Inside the family group you see what’s shared, your own blocks and the chores. The sitter’s link only ever shows what you shared into the group — never tasks, never personal plans.

Questions parents ask

Do the kids need phones?
No. Anyone can open a link to the family plan without an account. Joining the group itself — to take tasks and see more — needs a Google account.
Will grandparents see my work meetings?
Only as much as you choose — busy time, titles, or everything. A link never shows personal events at all.
Can we keep using Google Calendar?
Yes, side by side. A published plan can already be added to any calendar; two-way sync is on the way, as part of the paid plans.
What does it cost?
Nothing — everything is free in early access, and couples and families stay free after it.
